Please read these terms carefully before using ShipToBox services. Your use of our services indicates your acceptance of these terms.

Important: These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ShipToBox. By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acknowledgment and Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services offered by ShipToBox ("we," "us," or "our") at www.ship-to-box.com and related domains. By opening an account or using our website, you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms, which constitute the entire agreement between you and ShipToBox.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our services. Your continued use of our services following any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2. Description of Services

Package Forwarding

We provide package forwarding and consolidation services from the United States to international destinations.

Consolidation Service

We receive, store, and consolidate multiple packages into a single shipment upon your instruction.

Upon registration, you are assigned a unique U.S. shipping address. We act as your agent for receiving mail and packages at this address. We receive, store, and, upon your instruction, consolidate multiple packages and forward them to your international or domestic address.

3. User Account and Conduct

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and provide true, accurate, and complete registration information.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login ID and password security.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use our service for illegal purposes, to ship prohibited items, or for fraudulent activities such as multi-level marketing schemes. You must comply with all applicable U.S. export and customs regulations.

4. Package Handling, Storage, and Abandonment

Receipt of Packages

We accept properly addressed packages delivered to your assigned suite number. We are not liable for misaddressed or "postage due" mail unless pre-arranged.

Free Storage Period

We provide free storage for received packages for a specified period (40-60 days from receipt date).

Extended Storage & Abandonment

After the free period, daily storage fees apply. Packages unclaimed after 90 days may be considered abandoned and disposed of without liability.

Important: It is your responsibility to monitor your account and arrange for shipment of your packages within the free storage period. Failure to do so will result in storage fees and potential abandonment of your items.

5. Shipping, Rates, and Fees

Shipping Rates

All shipping rates, fees, and membership costs are listed on our website. We reserve the right to change rates. Final shipping charges are based on the greater of actual or dimensional weight.

Payment Authorization

You authorize us to charge your provided payment method for all service fees, shipping, and surcharges. Accounts must be funded for us to process shipments.

Taxes & Duties

You are solely responsible for all import taxes, customs duties, and related fees levied by the destination country. ShipToBox is not responsible for these charges.

6. Liability and Insurance

Limited Service Responsibility

Our service is limited to receiving and forwarding packages. We are not liable for delays, damage, or loss caused by third-party carriers, customs, or force majeure events.

Insurance Coverage

We provide limited insurance coverage (up to $100) per shipment. You may purchase additional coverage for valuable items.

Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount of this insurance or the shipping fee paid, whichever is less.

7. Prohibited & Restricted Items

You may not use our service to ship items that are:

❌ Hazardous Materials

Flammable, explosive, corrosive, or otherwise dangerous items.

🚫 Illegal Items

Controlled substances, weapons, counterfeit goods, or stolen property.

⚖️ Restricted Exports

Items subject to U.S. export restrictions or embargoed destinations.

Export Compliance: You may not use our service to ship items intended for individuals on denied persons lists (e.g., OFAC Specially Designated Nationals). Violation of export laws may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

8. Termination

Customer Termination

You may terminate your account as provided in your membership plan by contacting customer service.

Company Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for suspected fraud, illegal activity, or violation of these Terms.

9. General Provisions

Modifications

We may amend these Terms by posting a revised version online. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by ShipToBox, constitute the entire agreement between you and ShipToBox.
